Loosen Brothers Riesling:
I found this in a cheese shop in Carmel. This is a wine I learned about while in the Cornell wines course. Yes, my palette was immature, but it was a nice way to enter the wine culture.
This stuff is awesome - also, try the Dr Loosen Beerenauslese - it’s amazing.
